I've got to say two things. First, that the stripped wallpaper didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. It bothers me quite a bit yes, but it's your decision, so it's fine then.
The semi-open doors though... they seem to me to be a bit beyond that line between artistic diversity and gameplay; in the sense that although they are a nice touch, they are too much of a distraction for gameplay areas even though in general anything behind them is null.
Other than that, I think the only area that needs some tweaking is the shack near B. The inside barriers of it seem very last-minute and confusing for someone who might expect a passage there, and to the left the elevated terrain that leads to the waterfall could probably use a simple wooden fence.
Other than that, optimal realization of a theme that I did not expect to work that well.

Okay, I've just been running through in spectator mode and screwing around as a pyro. Obviously this is winning material, seriously nice.
One thing I didn't really like is, err.. in several places, you've got floor/ceiling textures rotated 45°. I suppose you were trying to make these interesting or something but it doesn't work for me, it just looks weird. I don't think I've eer seen woden planks aligned that way in a real floor/ceiling.
Second important thing is you should probably do more clipping against your detail brushes (specifically, inner pillars and other support beams), make it so that running against walls doesn't cause your character to stop dead and it should be alright. Can't be too specific here but there seems to be some like that all over the place.
Now a couple of details : the shack between BLU and A : looks like there is no way to access the top floor, unlike the other building in front where there's a ladder leading to a pair of glowing eyes in the dark.
Also in RED spawn, if you could tone down the shinyness on the glass door, use another texture or something so that red players can get a better shot at their supreme beloved leader while passing by

One thing that bothers me is the amount of props in corners and doorways. This stuff is going to annoy players during gameplay as it'll gets in their way, spies have nowhere to hide and engineers have nowhere to setup.
Secondly a lot of your stuff is needlessly reflective. The pipes outside your mansion that attatch to the gritty metal generator thing shine bright unblemished white against a majority of dark greys and browns. Also your table corners shine unblemished white against dirty woods and would probably benefit from just being gray with no reflection.
Thirdly your water appears bright white from anywhere beyond 1000ish hammer units.
It's a serious contender for winner but it has a lot of bugs eating away at its potential.

If you read all of the previous posts you'll see that the cubemaps on that compile are corrupt and my instructions to either turn specularity off or to use LDR. The 'needlessly reflective' is the corrupt cubemaps, as is the white water.
That console spam is probably related as I haven't seen anything of the sort and I've eliminated all of the collision model related spam.

If the LDR broken cubes look anything like the HDR cubes, it's pretty obvious.

Rexy is the one responding positively to feedback and insights and you're the one making the map. Pretty much any comment about your map has been replied to with "don't bother commenting, i don't care because the map isn't finished and you can't see my unfinished intenions".

I'd chalk it up to him having like less than 24 hours to finish the map. He's probably pressured and a bit angsty.
But that's just what I'm guessing.
I'm talking about the entire thread since its inception. Plenty of people would love the amount of attention he's recieved but YM just doesn't appear to give a shit unless he's told someone creamed their pants.
