Control Point problems

So I'm working On my map (CP_SnowCenter) and I got my first CP up, now I try adding my second one in. I followed the instructions to the letter and yet it does not appear in the hug and is not available for capture, I will be glad to post photos if necessary.

PS I thought It might've been an entity screw up but I found no evidence suggesting this.

Check your index (for it appearing on the HUD) and the 'xteamcancap' lines to make sure everything is as it should be.

Double click on the control point entity (if memory servers correctly) and one of the lines should say Control Point Index, with an option to type a number. Make it one number above your first point.
