Problems with Payload

Hello!

I've been working on a payload style map lately only with a little twist.
At one point the cart stops at a vertical face, and two control points open up nearby. Blu must capture these points which makes the cart go 1/2 way up the face.

Problem is I cant figure out how to do it. Everything I try makes the cart spaz out at the elevator, plus the control points never open.

If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them. Also I'd be happy to supply the .vmf if needed so you can see what I've tried.
