Map with no name yet! [NOW WITH VIDEO]
So here's my first map released to TF2maps.net! It's still WIP as you can see by the, well, just look at it. I have no screenshots right now but if requested I can get some but the look isn't importnant right now. The importnant thing is that I want to know if people like the idea this map has. So here's how it goes:
It's an 5-CP map with both teams fighting over control points. The last points can be capped without capping any other control point. How the map works:
Last point: It's a point near 2 respawnrooms and a bunker. The bunker is only accesable by the team owning the point and is great for placing sentries and having players in there to defend the last point.
Last - middle: A large door (called main door) in the way between the two points. The door can be opened from both sides and both teams.
Middle point: After capturing it, it seals your main door so only your team can go through it making it harder to capture the last point.
Last - south: One-way door from you last point to the south point.
South: Capturing the point grants a new path to the enemy last point and also makes it harder to capture back from you.
South - middle: Three doors. All open from the beginning but caturing south makes them close in a certain order. One always stays open.
Last - north: Just a regular path.
Middle - north: There's a wall between. You have to walk around.
North: Capping this one closes the enemy bunker to weaken their defenses and makes their last point capture twice as fast.
Remember that the design is just there to make the map a little more interesting. All I wanted is to show you that the map I'm making has control points that changes some stuff and you to tell me what you think about it.
Everything will probably be changed.
Have fun not downloading it because it has no screenshots... :glare:
EDIT: YOUTUBE VIDEO HERE
For your own health do not watch my other videos they are sht!
I tried to make a video with me walking around the map but Windows Movie Maker can't handle opening the file so you get worthless screenshots in a video.
