Tf2 not in the source sdk?

So, my computer broke and i had to install source sdk on my shitty old computer. I've installed TF2, then i installed Source SDK and all the sdk bases. But TF2 isn't there, just HL2 deathmatch (that isn't even installed lol)

I'm installing HL2 right now. Will it fix it?

I had this same issue on my XP64 install. Ran the SDK and I couldn't do anything with it. Not even HL2: DM or Portal. And yes, I ran TF2. Uninstalled both, reinstalled both, ran TF2, ran the SDK, with no dice.

Anyway, all I wanted was to compile a model, found a command-line work around, and still had the same "can't write file to directory" issue. >: (

studiomdl will not create directories. You have to manually create the directory tree that you specify in the QC before you compile.

oh, just clicked in "reset game content"

in the third time, tf2 appeared.
