I've seen this on several maps, mostly models (usually piping) but sometimes on player models (mostly sniper rifle). I now see that on my map on some pipes. It tends to stay in same area on the model or object but sometimes goes away when you move and view it at a different angle. It's a white flicker. What the heck is it? What causes it and how do I fix it? Thanks fellas.

Any screen shots? Might be something with cubemaps, since I know the sniper rifle is somewhat reflective. Not sure about piping though.

I'll get a pic up later on. I can't believe nobody knows though just from describing it. I see it all over the place on certain maps.

The fact that I see it on some maps and not others suggests it's not the computer. I've got a good rig, built it myself and it can handle games much more demanding then TF2. The flicker is ON the objects/models. Not just radomly anywhere. Something to do with the lighting or model or something. Thanks anyway though...........

It might be vertical sync. Go to your video options and make sure its enabled.
I didn't see any in the map you sent me, so screen shots would probably help.
