How would i go about making a brush move on a path? (Like the cart, or a train, but i want to know how to make the paths myself for a brush not a prop)

Tie the brush to a func_movelinear and set its properties accordingly, or

tie the brush to a func_tracktrain and make path_tracks as if for a kart.
