Ugh, i feel so bad to ask for this 
it will prob get asked way to much, but here it goes:
I've made an custom texture of this picture:
I have extracted everything to the right place, but it still doesn't work (D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\<usernameofftheproLolz1337>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\nsfw
Do i have to change some options here:
I dont see any problem, but in hammer they show up as purple black.
