I received an e-mail from Valve just a bit ago...here it is.

Yesterday, we reset your Medic achievements because we mistakenly believed you had hacked around the system to get them. Today we discovered a bug in our code that resulted in you being incorrectly flagged as cheating. As a result, I'm emailing you to apologize for our error, and to let you know that we've decided to award you the full set of Medic achievements.

I wouldnt worry about that, it will take you a few hours of medicing to get.

Personally I'd be more pissed off by them giving me all the achievements than them wiping it. I'd ask them to reset it again.

I feel a bit disappointed that I was awarded all the achievements. Havening the unlocked weapons is kind of you, but truthfully I enjoyed unlocking the achievements and now they have been given to me. Have you ever seen the movie Jurassic Park? Remember the part where the goat is being feed to the T-Rex and Alan says "T-rex doesnt want to be feed, he wants to hunt." That quote is how I feel about the achievements. I was wondering if it were at all possible to just have my medic achievements completely reset; because I like to hunt, not to be feed.

I think it would be nice if they added a feature that allowed you to reset your achievements when ever you pleased. Havening achievements gives my play time more meaning and being able to redo them would make me pretty happy.

you've missed the point. you get the email if you DIDNT cheat and you DID get your achievements reset.

You got yours wiped and you deserve it. no sympathy for you.
