I needed some signs that BLU were moving into an area and claiming it as their own, so I reskinned the props_farm/paintcan with a bit more colour.

Also added some recolouring of the source_content paint splatter decals. Yes, I know that they don't match perfectly to the paintcans, but I did them on different days and said, "Meh, close enough." :)

Figured that someone else might find some use in them as well. Let me know if there's any problems or something I screwed up in the process of uploading.

Do they match the red and blue "computerwall" textures' colors?

One of the reds comes close to the orange-red computer wall texture, but the blues don't really match (kinda-sorta but-not-really on the stained computer wall). I was matching colours to some of the things I was using in a map, which weren't those walls.

I guess I could recompile with more colour options, if folks want it? We'd end up with a paint can that has, like, 11 skins though ("oily" + 5 of each red/blue).
