+USE on buttons not working

Hey,

I've been trying this for a while, but without success.
I've checked the 'Use activates' flag, but whenever I press the use button (I've bound +use to that) it doesn't activate the button.

Any ideas why?

Valve disabled use. Some spawn room doors reacted to it, and it allowed players to exploit spawn rooms.

I think there's a server command...
Something like tf_allow_player_use 1
