hm weird, i didn't really like the 3 version too much.
did another variation with a rounded end to it - maybe "hacksaw" really is the way to go !

I prefer #4. Has a distinctive shape compared to the existing melees and looks better than the other contenders. The blades on the sides of #1 & #2 aren't really that striking.

"finished" the Reflexhammer for now. even though it wouldn't work gameplay wise as a saw replacement - maybe one can use it for another class ;D
blah, i don't care - i'll submit this model, that's all that counts :D

believe it or not, they are not too far away from antique bonesaws ;)
was just browing this gallery again today and found lots and lots of similarities in wood and bonesaws even though they are 100 years older on this page - i still think it could work:

Just cause it's a real thing, doesn't mean it doesn't look dumb. Any of the earlier hack-saws >> this new one

While this has a more original look, it also has a more.. strange look. I agree, I like the hacksaws better than this one.

anyways, here's the overall comparison that i'm torn between - I'm kinda leaning heavily towards 4:

with all of them having testcompiled, its safe to say, that #2 is out. 1 and 4 are my favorite. but i also like 3. we'll see what i can achieve in the time :)
