what he means is "push and pull".
blu needs to push the neutral cart into red base, red the same cart into blu base.
Its only 1 cart on 1 track, going back and forth
Actually there was one that I felt played okay, the koth type
pretty sure the map was pl_gerbil. If you push the cart in to the enemy territory, then your timer goes down.
What about a circle isntead of a straight line? Then at least a bigger part is used.

(For entities you can simply just decompile and take them as i made the map myself anyway and i dont realy care about people taking the entity work from it.)
A circular system might work quite well combined with the koth system.
