Nice work 
Would be nice to see it as an ingame model though.
My idea for the knife's abilities and name:
The Sharp Avenger
+ Damage dealt to opponents that killed you before are mini-crits
+ Damage dealt to opponents that dominate you are crits
- 15 % Speed on wearer
Would make a nice weapon ^^ But I think your ideas will be better than mine.

the Last Resort:
-50% damage dealt
+mini crits when health is <30
+full crits when health is <7
the Bowmans Bowie:
-shortened melee range
-30% damage dealt
+extra 10% damage for each of your arrows stuck in enemy
need a name for this one:
-35-40% damage dealt
+50-60% damage dealt while capping a point/carrying intel/pushing the cart/when you're the last man alive in Arena
the Last Resort:
-50% damage dealt

i thought so but wasnt sure. just throwin ideas out there.
wait wait wait. you dont have the soldiers bow? its got a laser scope and a 600% crit rate. you can craft one out of every hat in the game plus 18 refined metal.

Survival Knife
Protects from one deadly hit
-50% health gained
What it'd do is, once per life, make you survive a deadly hit and instead leave you with 1 HP. That'd help against headshots and crit rockets/nades or even sticky traps. Backstabs and tauntkills should be excluded. (both attributes apply to wearer, not just when it's equipped)

I think it would be awesome to have the pyro have these attached to his goggles.
Not necessarily the glasses but the bulging and/or springy eyes on them.
Or maybe this for the EDIT: SPY would be great:
