Hammer trouble windows 7

I have Hammer on two computers XP and win 7 everything works fine on the XP machine but when I try and use the brush tool on the win 7 machine it drags the room around instead of letting me drag a brush size.
Any Ideas or is this a win 7 bug?

When I click and drag to size a brush in a biuld window it just drags the buil window around. this is in the top down window. but happens in all build windows.

I think you might have clicked a button? I don't know what, but normally i would click every button if that happens to me..
