Heylook, we got mentioned on the TF2 blog again.

TF2 Blog said:
In between obsessing over hats, we've been trying to keep up with all the neat things the community is doing.

  • The fantastic folks over at TF2maps.net have unveiled the results of their latest community mapping challenge: The Competitive CTF Contest. If you're a fan of CTF, or a competitive team looking for some new maps to try out, it's the best day of your entire life. All down-hill from here, sorry.
  • The Third European edition of Pros vs Pubbers event is coming up. Like previous events, their goal is to bring competitive & public players closer together. If that sounds like fun, head over and get involved. They also sent us this neat poster to show us that not only are they better at TF2 than us, they're also better artists.

Nice page, guys. But where are the hidden links? I demand non-sequitor pages that will be overanalyzed!

I also found that page on the TF2 blog and have to complain about lack of details. We have 26 maps - where are links to each of them? Why are there only tiny screens? Where are the descriptions and names? Those screens should be clickable and open subpages about maps. If that would be too much work, they should lead to appropriate threads on this forum. This way more people would download the pack, because now they don't know what is waiting for them.

ZPQ could of at least thrown the names on them like Nineaxis did with the PLRCTF site. :(

This is why you don't trust Zpq with anything. Especially looking after midget.

But he's right, the screenie should've linked to the forum thread at least.
that would have entailed that each map photo be a different image... no just... no
