Linux Dedicated Server
- Fixed srcds_run to work properly with the Counter-Strike: Source beta dedicated server when autoupdating.

Engine
- Fixed the startmovie command not using the codec dialog.

Team Fortress 2
- Fixed dropped weapons and ammo kits not being affected by explosions.
- Adding missing "+lookup" and "+lookdown" keybind options.
- Added SetCTFCaptureBonusTime tf_gamerules input to allow map authors to set the length of crit bonus time (in seconds) for CTF captures.

Also: Only 2 items for scrap metal

Woot woot! I'm a little sad they didn't use my suggestion of having it as an option for specific flag or capture zone entities (which would have allowed for more flexible crit boost triggering), but I have no idea how complicated that could be code-wise. This is still plenty awesome.

I can use both of these!

I'm thinking some for homewrecker and pain train as well.....

also, only 3 items to make tokens. yay!

List of known changes so far
Kritzkrieg + Bonk! = Crit-a-Cola
Charge 'n Targe + Razorback = Gunboats
Batter's Helmet + Bonk + Bonk = Bonk Helm (probably)
Sandvich + Bonk => Dalokohs bar
Equalizer + Eyelander = Homewrecker
Also, you can "uncraft" metal now. Breaks it down into the 3 previous types (doesn't work for scrap obviously).

That'd be a lot more useful if it DID work for scrap. I could get back my 3 Medic items and combine them with another one to get the class token I could have gotten before, but didn't know so at the time and screwed myself out of it. :facepalm:

EDIT: Oh, it only requires 3 of a class's weapons to get a class token now. Much better. :)

Could easily be worked around though by sending the input depending on which flag is picked up or with func_flag_alerts a little larger than the cap zone.
