certain entities are black, and the 2d model viewer doesnt work... screen included

yea i looked around and didnt see anything about this... its in hammer, not in game. the only lead i have on this is that i was in hlep1 hammer engine the other day, but i was sure to put it back on the proper settings when loading hammer via the sdk. i even trying refreshing game files, restarting steam, i still get something that looks like this:

any ideas?

oh, glad it isnt just me! haha

its probably because of the recent tf2 updates, if i had to guess.
