You click the download button here, click the download button on the page it brings you to (sometimes you don't have to and it downloads automatically,) then you save the map to your Steam\SteamApps\yourusername\team fortress 2\tf\maps\ folder.

On another note all of these maps can be played in gmod if saved in the gmod maps folder.
