Custom Tex Dont Work

Put some Custom Textures in, Voids Concrete Pack i think, Out it in the tf Materials pack and its Black and Purple , Anyone Care to shed any light on this?

Did you extract them to: X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\*username*\team fortress 2 ?

No i put them in the Materials folder.
