Haven't seen something like this in the prefab pack that came with the swamp pack (which you need for this prefab btw). You can get it here: http://swamp.tf2maps.net/ (best pack ever use it to death. DBP is awesome.)
So I made this:
and thought other people might want to use it. Comes in red and blue (you can change the skin though so it doesn't really matter) and damages when you stand on it.
Put these in your steamapps/xxx/sourcesdk/bin/orange box/bin/prefabs folder:
