In my opinion this means that probably valve are slowing down on tf2 to work on Episode3 and Portal 2 getting released.

I don't think Valve would do a CSS2, TF2 is their primary multiplayer game now along with L4D/2, and I don't think they'd want to dedicate another team to it.
I hope the Orange Box 2 comes with a complete Half-Life 2 (i.e. seamless transition from 2 -> Episode One -> Episode Two -> Episode Three) with all the engine upgrades that will doubtless come with Episode Three, and then for consolites, a fully updated Team Fortress 2, along with the original Portal and Portal 2.

Valve did say that they had no plans to release any other kind of orange box afterwards for say episode 3 or portal 2.
So the chances are you're all barking massively up the wrong tree and that portal 2 is about to be announced completely stand alone, which is we'd have expected. (or at least anyone that can remember interviews from way back would expect)

I remember in an Interview with Gabe I watched, he said that depending on people's reactions, they'd release Portal 2 or CS:S 2. I think he mentioned Episode 3 in the sense that he said "I can't talk about Episode 3" But yeah, for a while, people were spamming his twitter like mad begging for a new Counter Strike. I'll try to dig the interview up.
