It's the big giant flat brush in the middle of your 3d skybox. Exactly as I thought, it's being rendered just below the surace, and has no collision, so it's hard to notice it.


You have to build the 3d world around the stuff in the 2d skybox. Replace the brushwork correctly, learn how to here:
