Lighting problems, also Payload Problem

I just finished working on a Payload map, and everything looks good, except for two things. The Lighting isn't right, the light_spots are great but there is no light outside, and the ground and everything that's not a prop_dynamic is black. Also, the prop for BadWater Basin that the bomb goes into failed to load for some reason while compiling. I do have a proper skybox set up, and I added in a light_environment and an env_sun, and I put in the right angles and pitch and brightness. Also, when I jumped on the payload, it didn't move, but it healed me. Any suggestions?

Oh, one additional problem. For some reason, I can SEE the trigger texture. Any way to fix that?

Trigger textures will render in game if they're not tied to a brush entity. Which probably has to do with why your cart won't move, double check all your triggers are set up properly.
For the light, you can use this to copy and paste the lighting from any of the official valve maps.

The only triggers that showed up were on the doors, I could see the payload. Do I have to set up a trigger to move the payload, or is that done automatically?

They're all linked, my payload bomb just didn't move at all, and there was no movement on the HUD.

I can't think of anything, sorry :( . I'd suggest just looking through the payload article again and make sure everything is set up properly.

Well, shit. i guess I can just dump this map and start another one with the Boojum addon.

There's no need to dump the whole map, just replace your payload entity setup with his.

Wouldn't I have to redo all the Control Points, tracks, and path_tracks?
