Don't think I ever wrote a "Howdy do?" - so here it goes.

I'm a 35 year-old online developer with close to twenty years experience in screenwriting and graphic illustration. I started working on animated movies when I was 16 - worked several years for Marvel, Dark Horse, Sega, Disney - sold some original stories, then - in my mid-20's - decided to learn web design to promote my work.

Now I kind of work with both - designing online games, directing online animated serials, and developing social networks. I have several TF2 related sites I'm working on now, including spytechindustries.com, reliableexcavationdemolition.com and buildersleagueunited.com.

I had been playing Team Fortress Classic since the first week of it's release - up to about three months before TF2 went Beta - so I'm a diehard fan who honestly wants to add substance to the backstory of Team Fortress 2, not just a marketing douche. I'm even working on a short serialized comic book based on the characters and maps. My goal is to eventually pitch the above sites to Valve in hopes that they'll hire me as either their viral marketing guy, writer, or concept designer.

Haha... it's really not incentives I'm looking for - when I have time, I do work for the community for free. That's why I'm drawing a comic book. Coupled with the sites, whatever functionality I'm adding to them, and the faux product listings I'll be adding to Spytech - that's around 80 hours worth of work by itself.

As the comic goes along, though - I'll be supplying clean art for everyone to use on their websites... sort of like Colorforms in PSD format. :)

TStrike's designs for your site are nice - very in-theme to TF2. Good stuff.

I'd say that at least 1/3rd of the people I meet through TF2 forums are 25+. TF2F probably has the highest amount of adult players that frequent it - almost 1/2 the members are in their late twenties/early thirties. I'm glad to see an older crowd playing the game, honestly. Less foolishness and more teamwork.

What type of back-ends do you program... like user and content management systems?
