so I am thinking of ways to make ctf more interesting for the constest. I was think of having multiple flags (at the same location) so when you reach the flag and you are not alone, you can take multiple flags, focusing more on team play. other than that you would want to have as many players possible attacking (as that will give you the most points the quickest) resulting in a weaker defense and quicker gameplay.

You could but comp players would rip your head off because instead of 2 goals to keep track of they now have to think about 4+. It would stretch the teams too thin and would not be very fun.
