Ok here it is. Thanks a bunch to everybody that was helpful. This is my first custom model for and Source game. I know there are a few areas where I could improve but I wanted to get this done before I started work on Monday.

This is the readme:
Code:

To use simply copy the "tf" folder over to your 'tf" folder.
In hammer insert a "prop_dynamic" entity.
Select "ambulance.mdl" as your model.
Change the "name" of it to "ambulance_prop"
Draw a brush that will be the trigger to activate the doors and healing.
Cover the brush with the 'trigger' texture.
CTRL+T to tie it to a func_regenerate.
Change the target to "ambulance_prop"
Set your settings.
Run map.

Ha.. yep there should be.. Meh. it is my first model. If somebody doesn't want to use it for that reason oh well.

I guess It would have been nice to notice that about a month ago. :p

Well I have it in the map I'm working on (theres a street and your ambulance compelled me to make a building appear to be a hospital for Blu's team resupply)

Works great but one thing I do not know if it is my problem or a problem with the model itself.

The model is susceptible to explosion sprites which makes it's rendering appear disfigured.

Here is what I mean...
Say you were a soldier with a medic locked onto you to build an uber. The soldier simply sits against the doors and keeps shooting because the reload clip won't go out and it charges him up enough with the regeneration and medic healing. After shooting the ambulance with some rockets, it gets the explosion mark on it which appears to effect how it renders.

I provided a screenshot.

Is there a way I could manually make this not susceptible to any bullet/explosion sprites? I know JTheory's classic car model does not take any damage.
Here are a couple screenshots of the bad rendering after the ambulance has been blasted with a couple rockets.

^I get a similar effect with a curved glass brush I created in hammer. In my case I thought it was just that source had a problem applying the explosion damage sprites to a curved surface/complicated brush. Have you tried shooting other complicated models made by valve?

NOTE I have not looked at the file yet, but the way I know how to do that is to remove the collision model (Made that mistake on my signs) If there is no collision model then the model cannot be touched. Now this must be done in compiling so either OXY would have to do it, or someone would have to decompile the .mdl and remove the collision lines.

Well. This is crap. I didn't have any problems when I was shooting it. And I shot it about 10 times. It all looked normal for me. Can somebody else test this out for me?

I was shooting directly "into" the ambulance as a soldier while the doors were opened. If thats what you did, I'm not entirely sure what the deal is.
