Got to about ~21, saw the level and "Oh, mazes. Fuck this shit"

I was hoping for challenging levels at 20+ not plain mazes. Guess I was expecting too much of it.

Finished it! Pretty fun timewaster.

I liked the music, which is probably why I kept playing even though it got pretty annoying at times :p
Didn't like the tunnelmaps as much as the more open ones. For some reason.

...gah. It's an okay idea, but the execution is so lame. It's hard to tell when two parts actually fit and when they don't; seriously, when there's a small wall on the left side and nothing on the right it can't connect? It just doesn't work that way in my mind.

That's the "continuity" part of it. The edges have to match up exactly, basically eliminating the division. If they didn't have that well there wouldn't be much point to it.

But the edges do match! Always! It doesn't matter whether there's a wall or not, the edges would match regardless. That's why I don't really get this game.

Honestly, there's no need to get so snobbish about it. Maze-like they might have been, but those were anything but plain. The whole idea was really clever and well-executed, and made that kind of puzzle platformer a deeper experience.

It was clever and very well exceuted. All of the levels until the one that made me stop playing were a joy to play and figure out. Just that one particular level looked about thirty times more tedious to do than fun to do which wasn't what I was hoping for.

I guess I don't get what you are saying, trotim.
When two "slides" are put together, they ALWAYS fit. That doesn't have anything to do with the walls at all, so I find the restriction where you can "warp" and where not quite arbitrary.

You're misunderstanding the rules of movement then. Yes, you can put any slides next to each other, but the black/white space along the edge has to match up exactly to allow passage. It doesn't matter if you are trying to pass from white to white if the rest doesn't match.

Yes, white must match against white and black must match against black in order for the two slides to "connect". It's definitely not arbitrary.
...yes it is and you said why the sentence before. I UNDERSTAND how it's supposed to work, but there's actually NO NEED for black and white to connect. As long as two slides are connected, they are put together. That's my whole point.

Neat little game. Once or twice I spent ages shifting everything around only to realize I had mixed up two slides. A couple of seconds of rage ensued..

I think the game should have said something about the exact connection to get it to work. Common sense would say that you could get through if white matched with white, and I personally think it would be better if they designed it that way.

It's like those sliding picture puzzles, the edges need to match perfectly or it doesn't count as connected.

He gets it lol :)

I have to say, I got a bit confused in the beginning because I thought you could only use space once. Once I figured that out I got pretty bored pretty fast... The levels all seemed the same to me.

it was quite clever, especially the freeze falling bits. But as Youme said. Level 21-22~ they just become more intricut versions that require more time to get through, not necasserily more thinking capacity.
