It's lorem ipsum. Meaningless.

It is not part of the lorem ipsum text nor is it any standard placeholder text, as several of the phrases return no result in a Google search.

Let me explain: When designing the structure of a web page, latin is used for basic text so people will see it as a block of text, and not be drawn towards actually READING it. They do this because they're designing the structure/layout, not the content. Presumably, Valve used the same principle, at least partially so we wouldn't try to read the small print, but also to make the designing of the newspaper easier.

Now, see that button in the bottom right of the comment box, with a thumbs up and text that says "thanks"? I would appreciate it if you would press it.

There are several versions of the "Lorem Ipsum" text, since it doesn´t simulate all languages written word perfectly. Works best with latin-based languages, don´t ask me what russians use ^^
