Hello people! I have made some maps to cs:s, but this is the first map to TF2 I have ever made. This map is about to be released very soon.

Wintertown is 4-CP payload map with winter theme. It's pretty open and there are some optional routes. I have used pretty much time for this map.

So say what you think and be ready for the release! :rolleyes:

4 cp, hmm interesting. From your screenshots it looks ok but could use some more cover and maybe some more detail.

However there are much more good points about it as it looks very good :)

Okay, the first release will be in next week, maybe wednesday or thursday. I'm going to playtest it online with one Finnish gaming community. I also upload that version here.

After testing, I fix/modify what have to and release 1.0!
(Still adding more details)

Little "bump". RC2 is released and you can download it now!

(There might be FPS problems in some spots of the map, I try to fix them soon)

I really like how you hang the light at the roof, it gives a christmas feeling. A part from that it's look like a good payload map (but I havn't tested it)

I found annoying bug and I can't find a way to fix it. From start to 1st CP RED team cannot stop/defend the cart. BLU can push the cart even there's RED player front of it. From 1st CP to 2nd CP RED team can stop/defend the cart for some reason. But again, from 2nd CP to last CP RED team cannot stop the cart even they have players standing front of it.

E2: Pl_Wintertown_RC3 is released! Now with working payload cart. Try map now! There's also youtube video now!

You shouldnt release a map as rc from the start. Usually you go alpha, beta, then rc and final.

Yeah, I maybe realized that too late, but maybe I do the right way in next map :D.

I have now released pl_wintertown version 1!

V1: FPS tweaks. I tried to optimize as good as I can.
Added optional route after 2nd capture point.
And other stuff. Download and see by yourself.

Oh crap, I quess when I changed spawn time it didn't replace the old time. (It increased the old time) ffs ://
