now playable entity setup. starting work on the map itself.

managed to fix it :)

the game is an idea of "stealing presents" from each other until time runs out, or until one team owns all of them.
to own a present you run over it and then return to your xmas tree where it's dropped off and you gain +1 point to your team's score. if an enemy gets one of your presents you lose a point from your team's score.

a flag that is dropped (for any reason) before getting to an xmas tree is neutral and up for grabs for anyone.




this should be fun :)

One thing, don't edit the HUD since it stays with the client until they restart tf2.

and don't worry about the problem penguin. i fixed it in the end :p
in the end it was a simple matter of just deleting a few entities and remaking them.

It'd be cool to see a forest map where presents spawn under trees and act either like the crit candy or explosive pumpkins from the halloween event.

i think that'd need a demoman dressed up a father christmas, riding a sleigh across the skybox XD
