Texture Decent brick textures

This isn't so much a request for myself as I think it could be a request that a lot of other people could use (If someone has already done this, sorry in advance).

I was wondering if someone would be willing to make a good, high quality group of brick textures to replace the pixellated ones Valve supplies. Ankh and I were discussing how they really need work, and if someone could make them I would be very appreciative.
