so i don't know if you guys remember it, but a while back i made plr_rollout. (the plr map that plays like a TC map)
it's fully lit, and fully playable. the thing is that it's still 90% dev textures due to time issues.
so my question is: "is an untextured map still submittable?". - i know it'll probably get penalised because of lack of asthetics, but i did put quite a bit of work into it.
