the bridge, it's supports and the cliff entrance are, the bulk of the cliff is a displacement, as is the ground.

Finishing off 2-1 today, will start on 2-2 later, hopefully i can get a lot done this evening, i'm running waaaaay behind my schedual. I hoped to have the whole thing in beta and tested by now D:

Maaaybe a little more prop fillage in that area, looks nice, but a little plain for an old and stormy facility.

Almost finished stage 2 to a first beta level, so I should be moving on to stage 3 by the end of today :thumbup:

I can't get online with steam for some unknown reason, I'm hoping it will fix itself in the next day or so. Don't melt viaduct for me! I want it nice and cold when i get there!

Until I can get back on steam properly I guess all i have to do is map more, and map more i shall.

The new rocks are great for this :D If only they had their second skin set properly though :(

This last stage is going to become much more industrial than the previous two (like dustbowl, only less desert)
I expect I'll have 3-1 done by the end of today.

Oooh, lookin' good. The only thing that I see wrong in that picture are all the sheets of metal on the blue roof, just sitting there. The roof is too steep for those sheets to sit there all on their own without falling. Maybe just put a couple of pieces of wood across them, like in sawmill? (If those exist and I'm thinking straight)

Good news ladies and gents! I've found some spare time today and am making major progress on sealing up the map, should be completely sealed from the void by mid afternoon and in a compilable state.
I then need to get some playerclipping done and fix some broken entities and I can release _a4 as a pre-beta test

The final stage is completely textured already, but most of the space between 3-2 and 3-3 is very much bland, I want to get playing this again as soon as possible so absolute beauty before release has been hung. But don't worry, 80% of the map is detailed well, as you've seen from the screenshots.

Look for _a4's release sometime in the next week! :thumbup1:

_a5 is finally out, we can play this wonderful* map together for the first time in 5 months. Today is a good day!

I want to do a test (_a5) before going to beta to make sure i've not exploded it somehow.
Download it if you have time and take a look around, or better yet, get some people together and give it a playthrough. Although I'm not entering the contest anymore I'm still aiming to have it done for beta by then :)
