It's my first King of the Hill map,the concept is in a lumberdyard-ish envirmoment:
They must defend the cp on the tower, which is going to be activated only after 30 seconds.

Remember to make all those little stair steps a func_detail ;)

And the map looks too small =/

That's why you do it every time you add something, and before a compile.

The map really does look too small, but I like the concept. Are there going to be any additional buildings on the sides?

Having the point on a high building with narrow walkways as the only way of getting to it won't make for a very fun map.
Consider adding bridges or surrounding buildings from which players can jump onto the tower.

This.

Otherwise, you're looking at the same problems the glorious orange maps suffer with their infamously stale central control point.

You should make the first alpha playable. Just keep all the non-playable versions to yourself.

Also, you are gonna have a very hard time balancing a unsymmetric map, I recommend making it symmetric instead.

Maybe make 2 towers (with spawns on them) make the grassy bit a skybox area, and put the cap on a bridge in the middle of the 2 towers? :O
