tools/toolsblack

This is the one tool texture that i dont understand, but have seen it be used in Source maps before (cs_assault) and just wanted to know what it does. I have a educated guess, but i shant post incase im really off with the guess

Hopefully someone can shine some light on this if possible

I thought as much, i did look on VDC, but was searching for toolsblack rather than the actual texture. Thanks for confirming
