Actually, I think it's from 2000.

I've seen other works of his (like 'Billy's Balloon'), but for some reason missed this!

Good, but way old. I remember back in like 2004 or 2005 trying to make an "angry ticks fire out of my nipples" joke and nobody had any idea what I was talking about.
