Lighting issue (no leaks)

Got a lighting issue here. As you can see below, I have random rectangles of total black in my brushes at various areas, no idea why. I couldn't find anything on this, and yes, I've already looked through the compile log for leaks, no leaks, no pointfile. Log is below anyways, if you want to look at it.

I've ran into this issue before, but I never figured out how to resolve it. It was on some stairs and random sections would be completely black, no leaks and cubemaps built.
I ended up replacing them with displacements, but I'm not sure how you could work around that problem on your map. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Here's an idea... read the compile log.

13 degenerate faces

Degenerate faces cannot be lit. They are invalid. Check your brushwork.

i think its control p / alt p
that brings up a list of problems...i think anyways...its been awhile since ive mapped, let alone used this <_<

basically just find the brushes and remake them...
