AQUARIUS

The Bermuda Triangle. In which a number of aircraft and surface vessels are alleged to have mysteriously disappeared and cannot be explained as human error, piracy, equipment failure, or natural disasters. Little is it known that it's from a small Oceanic Facility located in the center.

The facility's technology, unknown from the world, is a true power, capable of disabling current technology. It was named the Aquarius, since BLU had planned this facility's power would become global, thus allowing the corporation to control the planet effectively. However, funding for the technology is astronomical, and charts indicate global control will be effective around the dawning of the Aquarius.

While the completion is decades ahead, the facility is already a high stakes target, which caught the attention of RED, who also mysteriously arrived to the facility. The facility is now torn between the two corporations. Who will exterminate the enemy, and gain control of the most powerful weapon?

The map takes the theme of pipeline, where it is dusk, and the facility is more darkened. The map has key locations for snipers and sentry guns. There are also plenty of places to double-jump, rocket-jump, and pipe-jump to. Many areas are fenced off, to prevent too much sniping. The control point is in the center tower.

It looks like its a bit too dark, i really really hate blundering around blindly in a place so dark, especially in a map nicely detailed like yours.
Just my opinion though, there may be many people who like not beeing able to see.

Added more screenshots! You'll notice there is no 3D skybox to make the water effect. I couldn't get my skybox functioning correctly, and it still baffles me as to why, since I built it correctly.

While most of my key screenshots were in the shadowed sections, I do think that I may have to get more lighting in the map in general. We'll see how it goes though.

I'm not too sure about the arched catwalks; they don't seem to fit in with the rather industrial theme that you've got going on.
