I opened up gcfscape today and downloaded the briefcase vtf and vmf from it. I then edited it to be a gray(neutral) case and saved it and placed it into C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\rmoney101\team fortress 2\tf\materials\models\flag
which is the right directory for the intel case but then when i go into hammer i still only have a choice of only 2 skins (red and blue)
is there something i need to do to enable this third skin?
thanks

This is a complete guess, but my custom models won't have their extra skins available until I make an extra .VMT file for the additional skin, and the skins are among the compile parameters when I compile the object.

You may not be able to have the gray breifcase as an additional skin unless you recompiled the briefcase model. The alternate would be to have the gray skin be a replacement skin for one of the preexisting colors.

Somebody tell me if I'm wrong.

youre right, you need to add in the skins you want for the model before you compile it.
