OK I successfully change a player's model by using
SetVariantString(sPath);
AcceptEntityInput(client, "SetCustomModel", client, client, 0);
but how do I change him back?
You may have more luck working with a tile matrix, like a roguelike. In fact, I suggest you look at roguelike dungeon generating algorithms for some ideas.
