Sounds like a similar problem to the compiler DLLs issue ("Can't load vrad_dll.dll"). Have you tried the fix for that?
Hi again, i have actually figured out how to fix the: "Cant load Vtex_dll.dll" by fixing the Dlls issue, i had to delete the mss.dll...
im sorry, i didnt say that you should use tf2 textures, of course you can use what textures you want
