I'm missing my donation medal after a donation on scrap.tf: https://imgur.com/a/qjUKagr
However, my donation doesn't show in the donation listing, despite the main donation page remembering it. Is there a bug with scrap.tf that's been causing these medal issues for various people?

Unfortunately I've got an issue with donation medal too, checked my ingame inventory and backpack, still hasn't got it, please hAlp.

Anyone before this point that's contacted me about medals should now have them. If not, please open TF2 to confirm your medal before asking.

UPDATE: Turns out both backpack.tf and Steam were having issues loading items, I had the medal when they initially went out. Sorry for bothering you, just that I’m on vacation currently and I don’t have access to the actual game to check it. Thank you!
