    Did you generate a nav mesh? Load your map, turn on sv_cheats, and then type "nav_generate" into the console. This is required for bots and bosses to be able to move.

    Yeah honestly just use brushes, a huge model you can go inside is a nightmare for optimization and that collision mesh would be complicated as all hell. Plus you can edit brushes much easier than a model!
