1. There's an issue with downloads currently showing a 404 error. Looking in to it to get it corrected as soon as possible. Externally hosted files are not affected. Newly uploaded files are not affected.

    Bumper Car Minigames

    I think addcond 82 is the condition for bumper cars. So you could try using a trigger_add_tf_player_condition over the player spawns set to that.
