NOTE: The zip file was corrupt but I have fixed it.

Thanks for checking out arena_speedcastle_b2.

This map is based on a Counter-Strike: Source map called knas_Speedcastle_CSS. After initial testing on a small private server, the map is now ready for a beta stage. Please add it to your server and let me know how it plays.

For full enjoyment of this map, it is highly recommended that you use mani admin's "Server rcon commands by map" feature. On your server browse to /tf/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/map_config/ and create the file arena_speedcastle_b2.cfg. In this file, add sv_alltalk "1" to it. This makes it so that whenever this map comes up on your server, alltalk will be enabled. HOWEVER, if you do not have sv_alltalk "0" in your main server.cfg file, then alltalk will always be on once the map changes, so make sure that it's in there. I've built in low gravity so you don't have to worry about setting that, but this map definitely works best with alltalk on, so I really suggest you turn it on. This way, everyone on the server can be happy when speedcastle comes up because they can have fun talking while playing for a change.

This is the first time I've made a map with Hammer. So, keep that in mind. I don't make maps for myself; I make them for you.

And last but definitely not least, thanks to the knas team for making all their great maps, and especially to RunE for making my favorite map knas_speedcastle_CSS!

Oh, and yes, low gravity is intentional and is part of the design of the map. You do not need to alter your server's sv_gravity because it's built-in.

I agree. Looking very good.

Are the crates breakable?

They are not. One of my friends suggested it, but I figured it wouldn't really add much and that they're better off just being permanent fixtures. Maybe I'm wrong, though.

Thanks for telling me, Cap'n Angry. That was very foolish of me. I'll reupload the map tonight at around 8:30 PM CST.

Reason was: I used 7zip to compress it and my settings were set to bzip2 settings rather than regular zip!

Edit: The fixed zip file has been uploaded. Have at it.
