Metal - A small koth map with an unique midpoint

My first map, feedback definitely needed.

A special feature is that you can go under the point and still capture/defend.

This map is not playtested, so there's probably something broken.

If you are going to have a two layered capture point like that then you should probably make it so you can see people under the point from above, imagine if you were capping then a spy decloaked down there - you wouldn't know what just happened at all.

Changelog:
-Detailing
-Lighting improved
-Unnecessary catwalk was unnecessary, making it necessary to remove it.
-More cover added around mid
-Can no longer jump/shoot over the big wall leading to mid
-Red's respawn room should have func_respawn now
