How can I create some geometry brushes? Like a mountain.

You are indeed looking for displacements (probably). Freyja typed up a good tutorial for the basics of them here: http://tf2maps.net/threads/guide-displacements-basic-construction-part-1.24966/
(Although I think Imgur is having trouble at the moment so maybe give it a bit before the images show up).
