About map:

This is an ongoing project that my may or may not be finished by this year. But either way it will get finished... someday... :)

Ha, that was cute and naive of me back then. Well, here's the scoop; I'm done mapping. So, this is really my last major project. I might get back into one day but I doubt it.

Jesus christ on a bicycle! This looks... a bit like a mess. I'm sure it plays out well in-game, but as of right now, the map just sort of looks unorganized and confusing.

I really liked this map the last time we played it, I can't wait to see how it turns out in the future!

Shogun,

Yes, I'm aware of the crane prop, I'm just more concerned about the gameplay aspect at this stage and will add it in towards the end of alpha. :)

Very interesting design you have. But I would stress limiting the height of the map a bit. It just feels very apposing to players. But overall good map.

Yes, I fixed many issue in the coming version. I hope to get it released by Sunday if not earlier but no promises!

I like it a lot - make sure jumping classes can play on the roofs and provide other ways for the non jumpers to get up there = lotsa fun for everyone :)

Perhaps bring the players attention to the tower as much as possible, if that's your main focal point, then that's the place that needs to be memorable for the players to explore and enjoy.

Yeah, I've been struggling with getting this tower right. But that's a good idea. I'm still working on a5 and that will definitely be an added plus when it's ready and out the oven.

Alpha 7 is out everyone!

Please check out the full change log on the front. Major change was a complete makeover of the front spawns facing the tower, and addition of more textures and props.
