Missing numbers in selection tools

So I'm not sure how I did this, but when I select an object, create one, etc within the 2D views I no longer see the numbers. I'm sure I just nudged a hot key by accident, but when I try to select something I get this

Had this error a few days ago. Try verifying TF2s game cache. That helped me.

No idea how that worked, but I was verifying due to another issue and that did the trick. Thanks alot!
